Production and Packaging
From production to delivery, we carefully monitor every detail to ensure product quality and service excellence for our customers.
The standard packaging consists of aluminum cans containing 1 kg or 2.5 kg of ink. Six or twelve drums are packed in a carton with partition boards to protect each drum from collision. This packaging design features protective layers and secure positioning for safe transportation.

Q1: What to do for specific color requirements from our company?
A: We can produce inks with specific colors or characteristics such as drying speed, odor, fade resistance, or gloss level. Please provide detailed ink samples or Pantone numbers for precise color matching.
Q2: How to store offset printing ink?
A: The ideal storage temperature for offset inks is between 18ºC-25ºC. Low temperatures may increase viscosity, causing flow issues, while high temperatures may cause low viscosity problems like misting. Store ink cans vertically away from direct sunlight.
Q3: Can I get samples?
A: We provide free samples (typically 4kg total - 1kg per can of CMYK colors). We request support for courier freight costs, which will be credited back with your first order.
Q4: Can I visit your factory?
A: You are welcome to visit our factory in Hangzhou, approximately 1.5 hours by train from Shanghai.
